All our items qualify for free delivery within Singapore and are subject to dynamic shipping rates for international shipping.
Shipping in Singapore is free by registered courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, either to Singapore or beyond, you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order.
Taxes and Duties
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you.
In estimating your delivery time, please note that delivery times may vary. Most orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of placing an order. We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however; we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries.
The Warranty applies to goods purchased from Stones That Rock. This limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty period. During the Warranty period Stones That Rock will repair or replace a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. The Warranty period is Thirty Days from and including the day of purchase. Any replacement assumes the remaining Warranty of the original or (30 days) from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. To obtain Warranty service you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
At Stones That Rock we pride ourselves on our luxurious designs and craftsmanship, however, we understand that there may be times where you will need to return an item purchased from us. Full-priced items may be exchanged or returned, provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.
- Jewellery must be in its original condition, meaning that: tags are still intact, items are in their original packaging and items have not been altered or damaged
- If the fault is major (as determined at the sole discretion of STR) you may elect to receive a replacement product, a credit or a refund of the original purchase amount (except if the original purchase was made using a credit).
