Is ordering online secure?
At Stones That Rock, we are committed to your security. Our online store has systems in place to ensure your protection.

How do I place my order?
Simply click on the Add to Cart button located under the products in our Shop to add to your cart. Once you have finished shopping, proceed to the Checkout.

How do I view what’s in my shopping cart?
You can view items in your shopping cart at any time from within the Checkout page.

How do I add items to my cart? Should you wish to continue shopping, please click on the Add to Cart option available under each product in our Shop.

How do I remove items from my cart?
You can remove items from your shopping cart by deleting them from within the Checkout page.

How do I change the quantity of particular items in my cart?
If you would like to order more than one of any given piece there is a quantity option within Checkout.

How will I know that you have received my order?
Our systems will automatically inform us once you have placed an order.

How do I sign into my account and/or edit the information in my account?
Our Login prompts will enable you to access your account. Should you forget your password, a system generated reset password option will be offered. There are options available from within My Account to enable you to edit your account details.

What if I don't like my purchase/ it isn't what I expected?
Please see our Returns Policy for details.

How can I contact you?
We are here to help, please use the Contact Us option and leave details of your enquiry. We will endeavour to answer any queries you may have as soon as possible.

What if the item I want is out of stock – can I still order one?
If an item is out of stock it will be unavailable to order.

Where are your products made?
All our jewellery is made in Shanghai.
